The Mustang MC/Quad dyno is designed from the ground up for performance. Built for high speed applications with low inertia, the perfect rig to test your bike, quad or go-kart on.

Low Inertia Dyno

With such high revving, low torque engines you must use a dyno built to cater for them. Low inertia and customised eddy current loading software is what the Mustang MC/Quad dyno provides. It is perfectly designed to run ATV’s, motorbikes and go-karts. Low intertia combined with precise loading allows for extremely accurate tuning.

The mechanical inertia of the EC997 MC/QUAD rolling road is ideal for testing lightweight motorbikes / quads and ATVs. The dyno is perfectly balanced with the strong and powerful eddy-brake PAU (power absorption unit). This extremely strong yet efficient eddy current brake allows for a multitude of testing and tuning to be carried out. Steady state testing under fixed and variable loads. The Powerdyne software also provides the ability to run static / stepped and sweep RPM and MPH based tests on the vehicle.

The base inertia of the rolling road can be reduced to as little as 450lbs to take the smallest of Quads and even go-karts on the rollers. This means you can accurately measure and log the smallest of hp output engines on very light chassis’s without straining the vehicle.
